Whether you're looking to promote your brand, sell your products or simply enjoy the festivities, this event has it all. February 10: CTCC Members only Registration Opens

Eventbrite and this website are the only online booking/payment site for this event. CTCC will never reach out with a payment or paypal link on social media or email. Stay vigilant! ​​
Food Truck/Trailer Registration
NEW PROCESS FOR 2025: Food vendors planning to serve from a truck, trailer, or wheeled cart must complete a pre-registration form before finalizing booth reservation. This new process ensures that all necessary guidelines, space requirements, and standards are met.

Must be located in Pennsylvania. No out-of-state or alcohol vendors permitted.

10'x20' spots are $900 total for all three days (plus card processing fees). Access to a 220 outlet is an additional $50.

Trucks/Trailers are only permitted on the paved area of Park Road. All other spaces are tents only.

Trucks/Trailers must remain on Park Road all 3 event days and are not permitted to move until the end of the event on Saturday after midnight when park is cleared.

Once you submit pre-registration form, you will be notified if selected.

All Community Days vendors are required to read the Rules & Regulations outlined below. By registering as a vendor, you agree to the items listed in the document.

Tent Weights Required 2025
Vendors are required to bring tent/canopy weights to anchor each leg and must be no less than 25 lbs. anchoring each leg. Examples: cement buckets, sandbags, pre-filled canopy weights. Canopy weights must be safely secured with canopy attached to weight without causing tripping hazard. Weights should be on the ground.
NO HANGING WEIGHTS.
Any vendor who fails to properly anchor their canopy will not be allowed to participate.
Food/Drink Vendors:
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO POST YOUR FOOD PRICES AT THE EVENT
If you are selling food or drink at Community Days, you must submit a COI naming CTCC & Cranberry Township as additional insured and email to communitydays@cranberrytownship.org.
