The CTCC Community Leadership Institute of Cranberry (CLIC) seeks to foster community engagement, growth, and understanding by offering an in-depth look at how local government works and how it improves the quality of life for Township residents.

The Institute seeks to educate and encourage graduates to be integral to the community through enlightened leadership abilities. Full-time residents are eligible for the program.

There are approximately seven sessions, plus a graduation event. Sessions run for approximately 1.5 hours.  Sessions will include topics like government, infrastructure, public safety, utilities, communications, information technology, and parks & recreation.
